A workshop on communication in Aurangabad

The Dramatics Department of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University recently hosted a workshop on communication, media studies and script writing.
Dignitaries like author Bharat Sasane and Chandrakant Barve, former director Doordarshan, Goa, attended the event and provided insights into scriptwriting and the importance of communication.
Shashikant Barhanpurkar, HOD, dramatics department of the university, stressed on the importance of scriptwriting in the field of fine arts.He said, “Art students should have knowledge about scriptwriting for plays, films and radio. Thus we have included these studies in the curriculum.”
